General:
On the main road from Windermere to Bowness. A detached house made of stone. Beatiful flowers were in full bloom when we visited. The owners have been running B&Bs for many years.
Bedroom:
If you want to experice "an English home", we recommend this B&B. It has 10 guest rooms and each room is carefully decorated and well looked after. The owners bought this house 4 years ago and made it one of the best B&B in the UK.
Bathroom:
All the rooms have shower and toilet. The four poster rooms and some double rooms have a bathtub.
Restaurant:
The breakfast room has a nice bright atomosphere.
Lounge:
Gives an impression of a true Englishman's lounge. It is really nice.
Location:
The hotel is on the main road from Winderemere to Bowness. It will take about ten minutes on foot from the station. You can walk from this B&B to Bowness-on-Windermere in about fifteeen minuites.
Other points:
A strictly non-smoking house.
