How to apply for a rental mobile phone?

Please send us your mobile phone rental request with the following details by email or by fax at least 3 working days before the day you wish to start to use.

Your name (First and Surname)
Your address
Your telephone number
Your fax number
Your email address
Which phone you request (Standard, Camera integrated phone, Emailing)
Date when you plan to start using your rental phone
Date when you plan to return us your rental phone
UK address where your rental phone to be delivered
Telephone number of the delivery address (E.g. Hotel's telephone number)
Countries where you plan to use your phone
From which country you return your phone

When we receive your mobile phone rental request, we will send you "Rental Agreement" by fax or by email. Please read the agreement carefully. If you are happy with the agreement, sign and return the agreement by FAX or by mail.

|
Confirming the receipt of the signed agreement, the mobile phone rental fee and the delivery fee, we will dispatch a set of the rental mobile phone to the address you specified by registered mail.

Payment

We kindly request all your payment will be made by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
|
|
|
Mobile phone rental fee and delivery charge must be paid 2 days before the phone is dispatched. Call charges will be charged to your credit card after your mobile phone is returned to us. We will send you the invoice and the statement beforehand.

Returning your phones
|
|
|
Please put your phone kit into a provided prepaid special delivery envelop and take the envelop to a post office. Post offices are open 9:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 12:00 on Saturday. Major post offices and post offices in London are normally open until 17:00 on Saturday too. Post offices are closed on Sunday.
Post office at Heathrow Airport is open 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Saturday, open 9:00-13:00 on Sunday.
All post offices are closed on Bank holidays.
